ReplyDeleteYes, sadly it can. I took my Scyther (bug/flying) up against a Snorlax and was destroyed by Earthquake. Yes, I was furious, but I guess they wanted to make the game more accessible to everyone by removing damage negation. YET AGAIN I WISH I HAD PRIOR HEADS UP!
