  3. Electrode has a smaller cp gain because of his fast attack speed and high health. You can cast hyperbeam very quickly.

  4. Wouldn't he be immune to ground since he levitates?

  5. Just because it's ground doesn't mean it cannot reach high or throw anything above ground level...

  6. I think the only way to be immune to Ground-type attacks is for it to be a Flying-type or have the ability Levitate... so no. Electrode doesn't levitate anyway.
